decent location, some issues

poor housekeeping coffee non-replenishment

the harbour view was good. the bed was also comfy.

I stayed for several nights and was disappointed with the service. housekeeping was poor. I had to request room cleaning multiple times for coffee cups, and there was no replenishment of coffee or sugar. i had to go downstairs to collect basic supplies myself.

ridiculous wait times missing towels

location was acceptable, near some places.

the lifts were a total joke. only two lifts were working for the whole tower, and the wait times were ridiculous. i also asked for extra towels, but they never arrived. it seemed like they were understaffed or just didn't care.

decent stay with some drawbacks

extra-large bed pillow options electric drapes poor pool dirty spa broken lift

the king suite had a superb extra-large bed. i loved having pillow options. the fully electric drapes were fantastic (i really enjoyed them), as i could fully close them off for sleeping.

The pool and spa need attention. They were not excellent. i found out that rooms are not cleaned unless requested. the broken lift was a hassle and caused delays .
