Waterfront Superior rooms are double-storey with an internal staircase, king-sized bed, and a balcony overlooking the Hobart Waterfront. Waterfront Studios offer king beds and large glass windows with Hobart Waterfront views. Quadruple Rooms have 1 queen bed & 3 single beds, and overlook Parliament House. Please note all rooms are accessible via stairs due to the historic layout.

Customs House Restaurant provides meals for hotel guests. A complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM. The hotel also includes a bar/lounge. The Derwent Bar also serves meals. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days of the year (except Christmas Day).
