the hotel's location near the concert hall in the foyer was perfect. the staff team were all friendly and cute. i especially loved that banquets and function rooms were excellent! the restaurant and bar were excellent.

The gym was a bit busy during peak hours. I had to wait for a treadmill.

the location near the water provided easy access to many restaurants and museums i enjoyed the helpful staff they paid close attention to details like providing water and squeegees for car windshields i also appreciated having quality umbrellas available on rainy days

the bathroom was particularly nice i observed good maintenance and a high level of cleanliness the bed and pillows promoted restful sleep i value a very comfy and tidy sleep environment.

the hotel overlooks the harbour and is within walking distance of docks i could easily explore the city from this location i appreciated this proximity i found the easy access very convenient and useful for my travel plans.

The location is CENTRAL, so getting around was quite simple. The staff were friendly, and they helped with directions. The room had a nice Desk, and i was able to get some work done.

The gym was quite small, so it got crowded quickly. The breakfast buffet had limited options. It definitely needed more variety. I also had issues with the WiFi. It kept disconnecting.
