easy access city access comfortable beds perfect size apartment size out of service lift service long wait shower glass
the location provided easy access to the city. beds were super comfortable. the apartment was perfect size and included everything needed.
one of the three lifts was out of service. i waited a long time for a lift when i arrived. the bathroom was not very clean, specifically the shower glass had smudges.

Convenient Southbank Stay
convenient location helpful staff spacious room varied choices
I found the location very convenient to many attractions. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious providing plenty of room to relax. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices.
The elevators were sometimes a bit slow I noticed.

The front desk offered quick assistance with luggage storage and provided directions to nearby shops. Housekeeping promptly addressed a request for extra towels and toiletries. Staff were polite during all interactions I had.

great location friendly staff comfy bed unheated pool long wait extra parking cost
The location was fantastic!!! it was just a few minutes walk to flinders street station. the staff were very friendly and super helpful. They guided us through everything. the apartment itself was lovely and in a great location. The bed was super comfy.
the pool wasn't heated, a bummer!!! there were only two working lifts, so wait times were long. also, the car parking cost extra, which we weren't told until arrival. the rooms had stains on the carpet and used cigarettes on the balcony :(

great city views
city view three-sided views clean room perfect location
i asked for a city view so we could watch the fireworks and i was not disappointed. the hotel gave us a wonderful room providing three-sided views. the room was clean and spacious so we were very comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the city.
the air conditioning did not seem to work perfectly on a warmer day so i contacted staff
