poor communication rooftop bar

the room had everything i needed. the location is in the cbd, though not in a chaotic area.

communication was really poor. i asked questions and was told i would get an email, weeks passed and still nothing regarding my concerns about the room size and cost. it was like i had been fobbed off. the bar on the roof doesn't take cash, how ridiculous!!!

I appreciated the hotel's dog. It added a unique touch to the lobby. The rooftop bar provided a cool atmosphere with great views. The room had high ceilings that created a sense of spaciousness. I found this especially appealing.

I found the street noise quite noticeable, even on the seventh floor. It disrupted sleep. I could hear sounds from the street and hallway.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

noisy room worn gym

The hotel had a good location within the central business district.

The room was quite noisy. I could hear a lot of street noise. The gym was worn, some equipment needed repair. It seemed staff prioritized the rooftop bar visitors over hotel guests. breakfast options seemed somewhat limited considering the price.
