friendly staff comfortable rooms room heater refund deposit

The staff was VERY friendly and cute. The rooms were comfortable with lots of hot water.

There was no heating and i had to be provided with a heater in the room. The hotel also has not provided me with the deposit I paid even though I left the room how I got it.

mixed feelings about my stay

small room lack of soundproofing

The room felt quite small. there was also a noticeable lack of soundproofing. I could hear conversations and noise from other rooms. this made it difficult to relax, especially in the evening when i was trying to sleep. i also noticed that the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, it became quite steamy after a shower.

The hotel location was convenient. It was very close to snack bars and the water park. We had plans to go there. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was renovated and had a nice view.

The kettle did not fit under the sink tap. I needed to fill it up.

the staff offered warm welcomes and quick assistance throughout my stay. i found the housekeeping superb with great attention to detail. our rooms provided comfortable beds and quiet nights, very appreciated. the host was genuinely cute.

I noticed some minor ongoing work within the building. This affected some of the higher floors.
