amazing staff tidy room amazing breakfast

the staff was amazing. they were very chatty and always available if i needed anything. the room was tidy and presentable. breakfast was 10/10, and the room was also 10/10.

The hot water took a few minutes to come through. That was the only minor issue i noticed.

the hotel is close to large car parks and main attractions. central pier, the tower, and coral island are nearby. i found the location very convenient for sightseeing.

The staff was very helpful, they answered all questions about local attractions. Breakfast included a great choice of cereals. I found fresh pastries available EVERY morning. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants.

The television in the room was quite small.

Acceptable location, but issues found

unwelcoming staff parking information

The breakfast was really NICE. The location of the hotel was very convenient for the shops, arcade, and beach.

When I arrived, the staff were NOT very cute. There was no information about parking provided, and it was like I had to figure everything out myself. The answers to my questions were half-hearted, even after I mentioned it was my first time visiting the area.
