a pleasant stay with a friendly host

warm welcome breakfast options

breakfast included options i enjoyed. craig was very cute upon my arrival. he took the time to show me around and make sure i knew where everything was. it was a warm welcome indeed!

i did notice a small crack in the bathroom mirror. it didn't affect the functionality, but it was noticeable. i think it's important to address minor maintenance issues promptly to maintain the overall quality.

Craig provided helpful service. He was available and attentive. the check-in process was efficient, and i felt immediately at ease. craig ensured all my questions were answered, a true gem.

my double room included a comfortable bed with quality linens. it was nice to have a tv with dvd player available. the room included tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of supplies.

the breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! it offered both hot and cold options. the breakfast service was prompt and courteous, the young man serving was very polite and looked after us fantastically. it was a good start to the day.

decent LOCATION but some ISSUES

good location lovely breakfast helpful owner dirty carpet leaking toilet missing toiletries

the location was really good. It made getting around EASY. breakfast was also lovely. The owner was helpful with directions.

My room had some problems. The carpet was not clean. It really needed A good vacuum. The toilet leaked a little, so i used extra towels to clean it.

amazing bar great breakfast unclean carpet shower mildew

Craig was a fantastic host from the start. The bar area was amazing, and Craig was always there serving drinks. Breakfast in the morning was GREAT and the young man serving looked after us fantastically!!!

The carpet in my room was not clean. I also noticed mildew in the shower, disappointing. Both of these issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Happy Stay at the Hotel!

friendly host cosy room perfect mattress

I appreciate the friendly and professional host, Craig. The room was comfy, clean, and tidy throughout my stay. The bed had a perfect mattress with comfy pillows and it was very cosy.

The hotel car park is not free and I was charged for it.

The hotel has a good location less than a few minutes walk from the tower. It is also very close to the main Central Car Park. I could easily reach most tourist attractions.
