convenient tram stop lovely breakfast available bar parking cost guest parking exposed pipes
the location suited me well with a tram stop conveniently close. it made travel simple. leah prepared a lovely breakfast. i also enjoyed having a bar available to socialize with other guests.
parking at the rear has a cost. it is £10 per car each day. some guests don't park well, this causes problems. the front had some pipes showing, and that could be a difficulty for some.

immaculate rooms and really good service
nice room excellent breakfast short walk
The room was very nice. the breakfast was excellent and a short walk took me to the south pier for a tram. billy, the owner, helped me park the car behind the hotel. nothing was too much trouble. He was an excellent host. i will definitely consider staying again.
Parking behind the hotel proved challenging. did not park within the lines. this caused a minor inconvenience.

excellent stay near the pleasure beach
friendly owners excellent breakfast easter basket free car parking
the owners were friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent and included a mini easter basket on easter sunday, a nice touch. i parked the car with no charges. the location is near the fair and a short walk to the centre.
some guests do not park within lines causing slight parking issues.

the family room was fantastic, it gave the kids their own space. the room was clean and i got everything i needed. there was plenty of tea and coffee available in the room.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the hotel is very close to the pleasure beach and swimming. the hotel is a short walking distance from everything. it is also close to a weatherspoons.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a full English, juice, coffee, and fresh fruit.
The parking cost EXTRA. They charged £10 per day and it was similar to nearby car parks.
