broken boilersmall heater
the room was very cold when i got there because the heating only works at certain times. then, when i came back around 9pm, i discovered the boiler was broken. i was offered a small heater, but it didn't do much to warm the room. it was not a pleasant experience.

The staff was cute upon arrival. They efficiently checked me in. The room had a great Seaview. I found the location convenient for nearby attractions, especially the North Pier.
The lift was out of service (something to note with mobility issues).

The reception was cute. the manager was friendly and helpful with directions. the room had tea and coffee making facilities. This was a nice touch. i also appreciated the on-site parking, it saved me time and money. the tv worked well and provided entertainment in the evenings.
