some issues encountered.

poor insulation loud door banging

I had issues with constant very loud door banging. It seems my room was next to a store cupboard. the poor quality room insulation meant i could hear staff laughing at reception. plastic glasses were provided and the bath for showers was high sided, with no grab rail.

the breakfast was acceptable, and the coffee was hot.

The room insulation was poor. I could hear everything. staff chatting at reception was audible and the kitchen bell was constant. finding the wifi code took too long. The information folder was hidden under the tv shelf.
