The room felt a bit neglected. i noticed some wear and tear, like chipped paint and a stain on the carpet. It wasn't the pristine environment i anticipated. also, the promised high-speed internet was unreliable. i struggled to stream videos without constant buffering, a real inconvenience.

parliament house viewclean roomthoughtful surprises
the receptionist greeted me warmly and ensured i felt comfortable. i had requested a parliament house view and my room offered exactly that. the room was clean and well-appointed. little surprises from the hotel. the bed was comfortable.
i found a very slight lack of readily available information on the hotel's facilities in the room.

the hotel is conveniently situated within a short walking distance to the central business district. i noted easy access to both train stations and tram stops nearby, which i used for quick journeys. it made getting around very easy.

The concierge staff provided friendly, helpful service throughout my stay. They gave very good advice. i was particularly impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. they were always available and ready to assist with requests.

the a la carte breakfast offered a good start to my day with many options. i noticed there were plenty of staff available during breakfast service. the quality of food was high.

the hotel exudes history and character which i appreciated. the cleanliness throughout was very apparent, it was super clean. the building features beautiful architectural details like the grand staircase, i loved it.
