The location was superb! It was close to transport. The room was fine, with all the things I could need. The staff was so helpful.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable, though the pillows were okay. There were no face washers. There was also no housekeeping, so I had to ask for more towels.

i was super happy to find the location so close to the tram lines . the staff was super friendly and always greeted me with a smile. the room itself was also super clean , a real win!

the noise levels were pretty high , i could hear everything from the hallway. the pillows were just way too soft , i woke up with a sore neck every morning. also , the air conditioning made a strange clicking sound all night , i had to turn it off and got too warm.

the staff greeted us so warmly every time we entered and exited the building, a small touch that i loved! our two bedroom and two bathroom apartment on the 33rd floor was super clean. the beds were comfy, and i wish i could have taken one home with me! the shower pressure in the bathroom was perfect , too.

the hotel lacked dining facilities , and i found there were very limited options nearby for dinner or breakfast.
