I appreciated the great positioning very convenient for DFO, casino and trams. I found the staff always friendly. I especially liked looking over the river each night. I also got my morning coffee at the attached café.

I find they lack information in the room about the facilities and area. I also learned on arrival that my standard king room did not include breakfast or parking. I thought these items included and paid extra for breakfast but wasn't told times.

I observed the breakfast buffet included ample and freshly cooked food. I noticed the breakfast team seems cute, friendly, efficient and attentive. The cafe attached provides a convenient spot for coffee and light meals.

The staff appear friendly and helpful. I saw the concierge is available upon arrival for assistance. I witnessed the responsiveness of room service. I find assistance with luggage very helpful.
