The location was fantastic with convenient access to cafes. the staff was friendly. They addressed every request with professionalism. i could leave my luggage after check-out, a great help before heading to the airport. the early check-in option after arriving from air travel was a bonus, i got in around 8:30.

the fridge lacked items, so there was no minibar. there wasn't even any milk available for coffee. the fridge also was not very cold.

The location is superb. I found many cafes, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, and I found them to be attentive.

I found the room to have no view at all. It directly faced another building. The TV seemed quite old and could not connect to streaming platforms. The kettle seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time and had a strong smell.
