The bedroom I got was big. It came with a walk in shower, a comfortable bed, clean windows, and clean carpets. I found good storage spaces too! The day and night staff were friendly. they were very polite. I was impressed.

the staff was VERY pleasant. even when we had checked in late at night.

The room smelled awful. A musty smell persisted. the one window opened only a TINY amount so ventilation was inadequate. I was surprised to be charged extra for parking since the website implied it was free.

The staff were helpful and readily available. I found the location to be convenient, close to the museum and botanical gardens. My room was also spotlessly clean. It was spacious too.

The location was advantageous. I found multiple food places close by. Vending machine snacks were also cheap.

The heating would not turn on. The shower was terrible. There were no power sockets beside the bed.
