The location is very central. I really enjoyed the immaculate room. It had a great premium feel for sure.

The bathroom design lacked practicality. The sliding door had a tiny lock hole making it hard to open. the shower cabin was not properly leveled causing water to spill all over the floor (this was frustrating).

the breakfast had a decent variety (i liked the pastries).

the air conditioning unit in my moderno classic room did not seem to function properly. it was set to the lowest temperature, but the room remained uncomfortably warm. i reported this to the front desk, but they didn't resolve the issue .

the location was great. it was very close to the old town. the breakfast was super. i found the gym to be very useful.

the bar service seemed understaffed. it resulted in long wait times. the music was quite loud after 11 pm one night. i had to request a room change around 12:30 am because of this.
