Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
polite staff spacious room delicious breakfast
The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the pool area was amazing, i really enjoyed it.
The pillows were a bit flat, i would have preferred something more substantial.

The spa is open from 7:00 to 22:00 on weekdays. The pool area has a good selection of equipment. There are bus and tram stops located very close to the hotel.

Breakfast included many options. I particularly enjoyed the eggs, cooked to order (especially the scrambled!). The restaurant offers a diverse menu, ensuring something for everyone.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were cute and gave helpful information about the hotel. Sebastian, at the lobby bar, was especially friendly and provided excellent service.

wide room comfortable bed faulty alarm disturbed sleep
the room was very wide and had comfortable beds.
the fire alarm system beeped every 20 to 30 minutes during the first night (it was annoying). i told the reception staff about it the next morning, but they did not fix it. the second evening, the beeping continued. the chap at reception really couldn't care when i checked out after two nights of disturbed sleep.

Solid stay, some small issues
good variety nice size
The room was big, I stayed in a Club King. The breakfast had many options, I found good variety. The pool is a nice size, I appreciated that the gym had good facilities.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It was between 25 and 27 degrees in the room.

a solid experience
perfectly cooked eggs fresh herbs quality cheese
chef andrej crafted a good omelette. it had fluffy, perfectly cooked eggs. fresh herbs and quality cheese really made it stand out. dining here really elevates the morning.
the pillows were a real issue. i couldn't lie flat due to my health. the pillows just sank in on themselves. i did not get a comfortable sleep because of this.
