The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the pool area was amazing, i really enjoyed it.
The pillows were a bit flat, i would have preferred something more substantial.

the room was very wide and had comfortable beds.
the fire alarm system beeped every 20 to 30 minutes during the first night (it was annoying). i told the reception staff about it the next morning, but they did not fix it. the second evening, the beeping continued. the chap at reception really couldn't care when i checked out after two nights of disturbed sleep.

The room was big, I stayed in a Club King. The breakfast had many options, I found good variety. The pool is a nice size, I appreciated that the gym had good facilities.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It was between 25 and 27 degrees in the room.

the pillows were a real issue. i couldn't lie flat due to my health. the pillows just sank in on themselves. i did not get a comfortable sleep because of this.
