i stayed several nights and found the location excellent. i could easily walk to the central train station, great (saved me on taxi fares!). the room was clean, and the staff offered helpful directions to nearby attractions. i also really appreciated the variety of restaurants nearby.
the lifts were quite busy at peak times, sometimes i waited longer than expected.

the hotel is next to a shopping center with many restaurants. free water is available, with options including sparkling, slightly sparkling, and still. staff helped me find proper websites for train tickets.

the staff were friendly and had good foreign language skills. they provided very helpful directions when asked. the checkout process was fast (less than a minute at the front desk!).

The hotel's proximity to transportation hubs was very helpful, especially since i had early morning departures. i appreciated the cozy room. It included useful fitness facilities. breakfast provided many options ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the shopping mall nearby offered additional convenience. it was a very positive experience!
i noticed the room could benefit from slightly improved soundproofing as some external noise was noticeable.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide assortment of hot and cold items. Fresh pastries were available. there was also a selection of local cheeses and cured meats. a variety of juices. I appreciated the attention to detail. everything tasted delicious!

My classic room double bed was clean and well kept. It included a comfortable bed. coffee making facilities were available with a range of coffee and teas. the bathroom was spacious and had guest supplies refreshed daily. it was really nice.

The hotel has a superb location next to the central station and a large shopping center. I found the staff lovely. Breakfast was delicious. I especially liked that the windows can be opened for fresh air.
Noise from the corridor was quite noticeable. I could hear everything too clearly.

The bathroom looked worn, and i noticed some grime. also, staff weren't particularly helpful when i asked for assistance. It reminded me of they didn't want to be bothered. i found this lack of attentiveness frustrating.

The hotel is newly renovated with appealing colors. The location is GREAT! The staff was helpful. I stored my luggage before departure, very useful. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. I appreciated being able to work out before sightseeing. The gym has good equipment.
The room was not completely quiet because the hotel is close to a main road.

the lifts were a NIGHTMARE. only two of three were working, and those were too few for the number of guests. the taxi that staff booked at check-out was a real PROBLEM, i almost missed my flight.
