mostly quietdirty windowpoor lighting
the staff seemed nice enough, mostly quiet so that was okay for me.
my room overlooked something i guess, or maybe it overlooked a brick wall, i couldn't tell because the window was so dirty. the room needed more light. i tripped over the rug because it was too dark to see it, and i almost broke my neck trying to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. i feel someone should compensate me for that.

my room had a river view. the air conditioning worked well. i appreciated the daily bottle of water (it was very refreshing).
the street outside was busy at night. (i suggest earplugs).

Excellent Stay Near the City Center

The room was very clean and have everything I needed. I appreciate the friendly staff, so cute. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe walking around and staying here. I was glad.
I could not take a shower peacefully because the water temperature change from cold to super hot every half minute. No garbage can present in my room. The rug could be cleaned from dark stains.

The breakfast is good and rich. Everything are fresh and tasty. I appreciate the variety of options like fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The dining area are clean and well kept.

I enjoyed the hotel location close to the Centrum Nauki Kopernik metro station. The M2 line provided easy access to different parts of the city. The proximity to the river was great too.
