a few hiccups
untrained staff lack of coordination
the hotel is in a great location, close to the city center.
The breakfast service was a bit of a mess. It was hard to get a table set for four. the staff seemed untrained, there was a clear lack of coordination, and they kept forgetting our caffè latte orders. it did feel like they were running around aimlessly, not doing much.

i really enjoyed the location it was close to the old town. the breakfast had a huge variety of options i found that quite exciting
i was given the smallest room on my floor even though it was the class of room i booked. i asked about an upgrade since the hotel seemed empty but they said no it was fully booked

superb experience, despite a small hiccup
ideal location furnished room buffet choices
the location was ideal for exploring the city. the well chosen things and clean. the breakfast buffet had many choices, so i found several options i enjoyed. the staff were helpful and always professional , so i felt well-cared for.
the only inconvenience i experienced was the limited availability of parking spaces on site. the single hotel parking spot was consistently occupied. it created some stress upon arrival , so i suggest you arrive early.

good breakfast large room unpleasant staff offsite gym
the breakfast offered a good selection. i found the room large and nice, even if not modern.
Staff members were not very pleasant to us. i did not feel the usual service expected from a place in this category. also, the gym isn't onsite. It's at another location.

amazing variety fresh pastries attentive staff
The breakfast had amazing variety, including fresh pastries and local cheeses. The room included a well-stocked minibar with complimentary water. I also appreciated the attentive staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. I could easily walk to many historical sites.
The gym was small, it had only two treadmills and a limited selection of free weights.
