The hotel's location was superb. It was right on the main square. The staff was very helpful, they even assisted with storing luggage. My room offered an amazing view of Castle Square. It added charm to the experience.

I noticed a musty smell in the hotel, it was particularly noticeable when using water, and there was a loud grinding noise.

The room featured a flat large pillow and an extra blanket. I appreciated the presence of an electric kettle and a hairdryer. Large mirrors and plenty of hangers were available.

The hotel is in one of the city's oldest buildings. Its walls survived bombardments. The location is beautiful and every sunrise looked amazing. It made the city accessible.

The staff was very helpful, and offered coffee whenever I wanted it. Staff gave me a map. They also provided a list of local dining options, it was really useful.

Underwhelming stay. Location is the only perk

misleading photossmall space

The room i was given had a design that was underwhelming and completely misleading. the photos showed red walls with many flowers plus a beautiful bed with a black metal armature. instead, i got plain white walls with a few tulips. The bed had standard wooden headboards. also, there was no air conditioning and the space above the bed was too small.

excellent serviceretro style

the location was superb.. it sat immediately next to the royal palace. the service was excellent and i appreciated the retro, classical style of the hotel.

the water pressure was too low to enable a decent shower.

hauling luggage up several flights of stairs is not my idea of fun. also, the breakfast was lackluster. The limited choices felt rather stingy for the price.
