A mont blanc pen disappeared from my room after i checked out. i contacted the hotel immediately, but they were slow to respond and seemed unconcerned. despite finding my kindle, they claimed the pen was missing and implied a guest might have taken it. i suspect a member of the staff stole it. I found their handling of the situation unprofessional.
