The staff was very efficient and amiable! the pool and the food from the pool bar were very good. I found everything satisfying.
The absence of shower gel and shampoo was really inconvenient. i had to go to the store to buy some. The hotel should provide it to all guests.

The management really let the place down with their poor, unprofessional attitude. We found their way of speaking to us insulting. the room decor seemed quite old, and the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. !!

the location was ideal, providing easy access to both the beach and local restaurants. the cleaning crew did a great job maintaining the rooms each day of our stay. i really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the premises. the staff's friendliness added positively to our experience. the bar staff were very friendly and approachable during my entire stay.
the room decor seemed a bit dated. the bathrooms could benefit from some upgrades to modernize their appearance. i found this to be a noticeable drawback .

the staff were very friendly and helpful the cleaning staff worked very hard and kept everywhere immaculate. the location is great i have stayed in the area for many years. i can honestly say this was one of my best holidays. the cleaning staff worked so hard.
the internet was poor though several networks looked none could be used i couldn't even use mobile data in the hotel area.
