The hotel offered direct access to the Dead Sea. It was only a short walk from the resort.
The check-in staff member was unfriendly!!! His colleague had to start being friendly. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff . the hotel has multiple pools, including pools specifically for adults and for lap swimming. i also enjoyed the mixed grill meal (it was especially tasty).

the rooms were standard and pools suited both adults and children i especially liked the dead sea mud accessible near the dead sea itself it was ready for use the spa was a highlight i opted for the dead sea touch which was really good the staff maintained cleanliness everywhere

The private beach offers direct access to the Dead Sea and mud. a beautiful swimming pool. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facility. The rooms are spacious, and the beds provide great comfort. Breakfast presented a decent spread that suited different tastes.
I noticed some guests bringing drinks to dinner. I found out that water is not included with the pre-paid meal.
