i must say i found a few things disappointing. waiting times when calling downstairs were excessive. i had to call repeatedly for assistance with luggage, but no one ever arrived. we ended up carrying it ourselves which was very annoying.

The staff are very helpful and attentive, providing service that exceeds expectations. Nothing is too much trouble for them! The breakfasts are very nice and offer a wide variety of delicious food options. This was my favorite part of the day.
The check-in process needs improvement. It felt a bit disorganized, and i waited longer than expected to get my room key.

Decent Stay with a Convenient Location

attentive waitstaffexpansive breakfastample storageoutdated roomblurry televisiondim bathroom
The breakfast was expansive with so many choices! I especially appreciated the attentive waitstaff (they really kept things moving). My room had plenty of storage space and drawers to unpack all my things. Customer relations were also warm and helpful to guests.
The room felt a bit outdated and not very modern. The television picture was blurry and there were very few music channels available. Bathrooms were small and dimly lit (I wish there was more light for makeup).
