I was not happy I had to pay extra for air conditioning. It should be included. The WiFi signal in the room was nonexistent. I struggled to even send simple text messages. It made planning activities difficult.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. our family room was spacious (it easily accommodated us all!) and very clean. i especially liked the pool area (my kids loved it!) with plenty of sunbeds available.

the wi-fi signal was quite weak in our room, and it. this was a bit frustrating (especially when i needed to work).

the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. it is a short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes!). taxis are readily available outside the hotel.
