the room i stayed in looked quite tired the furniture looked worn and old my balcony had views only of other buildings also the air conditioning system did not work i was told that it was because the air conditioning is switched off in march i found this quite disappointing the water in the bath drained very slowly this was never resolved.

the breakfast had a great deal of selection. the beds were enormous and the room was a good size. i liked that the hotel was busy and very helpful.
I would have preferred a café in the hotel. the balcony view was not the greatest. I could see the sea though.

The room was very clean. There are both indoor and outdoor pools. I also enjoyed the steam room and sauna, they worked well. The staff were really helpful, that is nice.
My room's patio doors did not lock, I felt unsafe. The rooms were not very sound proof. I could hear noises from other rooms, that was disturbing. The sound insulation needs work.

the hotel had a good selection of menus. FOOD was served on the day of the event. The service by staff was excellent too. everything was taken care of from beginning to end.
the receptionist who welcomed us was very kind. she explained everything in detail. she give us a upgrade, with a suite instead of the regular room we had booked. unfortunately, the suite was outside the hotel.
