I found the location good for exploring other areas of the island and the staff were helpful. It was a short taxi ride from the airport at only fifteen minutes. A blond lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The view from the eleventh-floor pool was really lovely.

The air conditioning was not great as it took a long time to activate. There was no complimentary water provided daily in the rooms. I did not receive a call back regarding a room change after I requested it. This was because I was next door to a family with a child that complained about the TV volume.
