evening snack generous breakfast

The food was AMAZING!!! I had access to the M lounge. 24/7 access to drinks was available. Snacks were on offer every evening. ALL were very good quality. Breakfast in the lounge was as good and plentiful as in the main restaurant. I could sit outside there.

The gym was crowded with non-guests. It made it hard to find available machines.

missing handbasin poor signage

The room was always kept perfectly clean I appreciated that.

There was a toilet with no handbasin in its own separate space I had to go into the bathroom to wash my hands it was not convenient at all. The adult only terrace needed better signage at the door and stairs because it was not always clear.

amazing stay!

comfortable bed welcome gift

The room was very comfortable. It had air conditioning, very important because of the heat. My room included a king size bed. I enjoyed the welcome gift of wine, water, and Maltese biscuits upon arrival.

i noticed some staff lacked customer service. Several times they did not acknowledge customers standing in front of them. They looked at the screen or talked between themselves.

The hotel is centrally located in Balluta Bay. It is close to buses and restaurants. Complimentary parking was available for the duration of my stay. What a pleasure.

clean room friendly staff great location

The rooms are clean. Breakfast includes asian options. Staff is always friendly. I like that parking is easy. I appreciate the great location and central spot to visit all of malta.

The reception staff allowed for early check-in. The front of house training must be the best. I noticed that staff members go the extra mile to assist guests and try to read every wish from our eyes.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff demonstrated very nice friendliness. They were effective too. The rooms included ample space. They were super clean and comfortable. Breakfast featured a delicious buffet and the staff paid close attention. They ensured everyone had a comfortable meal. Special thanks go to Narinder, Alex, and Rocco.

I stayed in an M room. I could not get WiFi without an extra charge. The outside pools are not heated, so swimming was too cold. The bar closed at 11:30 PM on a Friday.

The rooms had two queen beds and a balcony. The balcony gave sea views. Each room included a modern TV, climate control, and blackout curtains, offering suitable comfort. Separate living areas provided extra space.
