The location was fantastic, in the heart of everything. breakfast was also a highlight. It was plentiful with lots of options. the room was cleaned daily and the bathroom had a superb shower.

There were only two for six floors. the furniture was dated and in a french ornate style. there were not enough outlets in the room. I had to unplug lamps to charge my phone.

The room was spacious. It included tea and coffee making facilities. A fridge stocked with fresh water was also available (very useful). The water was replenished daily.

Housekeeping sometimes missed refilling the shampoo dispenser. I noticed a lack of hooks for used towels.

The breakfast offered a lot of choices. It was worth staying there just for it. The location was great, so everything was an easy walk away. The view from my room was amazing, I enjoyed it very much.

I found the bar to be smaller than I expected. The pool was also quite small with only a few sunbeds. The gym was tiny, it lacked several types of equipment.

The room i was assigned had some noticeable issues. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. it made it difficult to sleep soundly at night. also, the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear, with some rust and discoloration. This detracted from the overall impression.

The location was IDEAL. I could walk everywhere. The staff were helpful and always available. My room had a balcony and a wonderful view. It. The hotel even stored my luggage for a few days. This was super convenient.

My room had excellent amenities with a very clean and quiet setting. I especially liked the view from my balcony. The room also had blackout curtains. These kept the strong sun out, great for restful sleep.

Breakfast offered a full and tasty spread each morning, including prosecco and fresh fruits. There was sufficient variety to satisfy. It really was a GREAT start to the day. I appreciated the excellent choice available each morning.

The front desk staff provided really good service. One staff member in particular gave great recommendations for local spots. This gentleman was ALL the money. He. The staff's kindness really enhanced my experience.

The location was very central, close to many bars and restaurants, AND near all the main attractions. The hotel is near the ferry stations. Exploring on foot was very easy thanks to the hotel location.
