the breakfast service was acceptable.

The room lacked sufficient storage space. This was annoying. a slat wall blocked the tv view from the bed. the bathroom was tiny. There was barely any room to place personal items.

wardrobe bar insufficient lighting

I was annoyed by a couple of things . the wardrobe bar wasn't properly installed. It fell down when i took out my clothes, luckily missing my foot. this needs fixing urgently. It felt unsafe! the lighting for makeup was also insufficient. I struggled to see properly. it really needs improving. I ended up doing my makeup in the dimly lit bathroom.

the staff were friendly the room was clean

i was disappointed the room i booked was quite small it was difficult to move around with my luggage there was also a strange smell i couldn't identify it really affected my comfort

maura at the front desk was cute and helpful she arranged activities for us. the activities she suggested were excellent my room was perfect with comfortable beds. i also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant it was a very cute hotel.
