The location was indeed great for attending an event at the glen eagle arena. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. the free on-site parking was plentiful, so i never worried about finding a space!
the noise from a fan or vent was a bit disruptive at night. i ended up using earplugs to sleep better.

The room felt quite dated. I found only three electrical sockets available. The provided tea and coffee station was poorly stocked, with only a single coffee sachet upon arrival. the heavy duvets were uncomfortably warm for me.
