surprisingly smooth stay
great location friendly staff free parking
The location was indeed great for attending an event at the glen eagle arena. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. the free on-site parking was plentiful, so i never worried about finding a space!
the noise from a fan or vent was a bit disruptive at night. i ended up using earplugs to sleep better.

The staff offered clear explanations of the hotel facilities. It made everything easy to navigate. the room was nice and neat. It felt inviting. breakfast had an excellent selection. I found so many delicious options to choose from.

the breakfast restaurant on level 2 was excellent. the staff were available at all times. (i especially liked their attentiveness). the choice of food for breakfast was excellent.

dated room poor coffee
The room felt quite dated. I found only three electrical sockets available. The provided tea and coffee station was poorly stocked, with only a single coffee sachet upon arrival. the heavy duvets were uncomfortably warm for me.
