convenient location long day

The location was convenient to my needs. I found a food street and a mall located behind the building. I found this convenient after a long day.

The sheets had stains. The pillows felt lumpy and the beds were not comfortable. The room felt outdated and in serious need of a refresh.

The hotel has a decent location. Casa da Musica is only five minutes away from the hotel. The center is about a thirty minute walk.

A beautiful cafeteria is just a few meters from the hotel. A pastelaria nearby offers additional dining options. I saw breakfast served in proper hours ending at 10 am.

The room was decent. The TV was new, big and unlocked, so I could use Chromecast. There were no issues with hot water and the staff provided shampoo and soap.

I saw the reception open 24/7. The staff was really nice and helpful. Later staff were very helpful, offering recommendations.

i found the location very convenient for exploring. the bed was comfortable. the shower worked well. the air conditioning provided good relief from the heat.

the breakfast was not great, regarding both food and organization.
