i appreciated the excellent service i received. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh pastries). the gym had sufficient equipment for a good workout.
i found that the noise level in the room during the night was a bit high. neighbors above were loud. the bed also creaked loudly with every movement.

I found the outdoor pool excellent. It had sufficient seating. The breakfast selection was really good. Staff members were very helpful.
The beds were uncomfortable. Pillows also provided little support. Food at the restaurant was below expectations. Air conditioning in one room made a persistent tin can noise.

i stayed four nights. the facilities ARE very well looked after. the staff were HELPFUL and knowledgeable about the area. the front reception staff were excellent.
The hotel is old. I noticed several things needed upgrading. the worst part was a broken extraction fan in the bathroom. water was impossible to keep at a given temperature. It fluctuated between good and hot.
