Great Central Location
helpful staff central location reasonable price
I found the staff very helpful and nice. The location is AMAZING and allows you to cover almost every place (it's central!). The price was very reasonable and I did not find anything close to it for this value.
The breakfast had a limited selection. Replenishing items required me to ask.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast offered a simple selection (I really liked the fresh bread!). Some items needed to be requested for replenishment during the breakfast service, however, the staff were always attentive to my needs.
Rooms
9/10
My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom included a bath, I prefer it to a shower, so it really worked well for me. The room provided ample space.
Location
10/10
The hotel is close to major attractions. It is also near the train station. The Douro River is within walking distance, including the well-known touristic bridge.
Service
10/10
The staff was very polite and helpful. They were quick to address any questions I had. I definitely appreciated their kind assistance .
