The breakfast area featured a varied food selection. The 'breakfast bruschetta' was tasty. My room was very clean and included all necessities. it was quiet. The hotel location suited exploring the city near excellent bars and local restaurants.

The air conditioning was disappointing. I could turn it on, but staff controlled it at the reception desk, and it kept turning off. I got up repeatedly during the night to turn it back on. I considered canceling my stay early.

The staff was friendly, conscientious and helpful! Nothing was too much trouble. They quickly addressed my requests. Upon arrival, I received a link for preregistration, a feature , made check-in fast.

the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled.. it would shut off after about fifteen minutes, forcing me to get up and turn it back on. this happened repeatedly throughout the night. complaining did not seem to resolve the issue.

the room was spacious enough , and i found toothpaste and a toothbrush in the bathroom. the breakfast was very fresh and quite flavorful , definitely among the best i have experienced in a 4-star hotel.

the windows lacked good insulation , and the street outside proved to be very busy , which woke me up easily.
