helpful staff continental breakfast street noise cobblestone street

The staff was helpful, and the continental breakfast suited my needs.

The room was not soundproofed. Street noise from the cobblestone street was excessive, disrupting my sleep. I could hear every car and pedestrian passing by (it was pretty bad). This made it hard to relax after a day of exploring.

The staff was very helpful. The location was quite central.

The shower pressure WAS awful. I struggled to adjust the temperature without scalding myself, a HUGE inconvenience. The breakfast was not good either, there weren't many options available.

the reception staff were helpful. the hotel has spacious rooms. the hotel is a short walk from the historic sights. i used this as a base to explore the area.

the coffee machine in my room didn't work. it was not repaired .

Really good Design and Peaceful Garden

The hotel featured an beautiful design both inside and out. A really peaceful wonderful garden complemented the interior. The reception team was very friendly and cute. They were also helpful. I found good storage and a beautiful bathroom in the room.

The in-room coffee machine did not work and could not be repaired. That was unfortunate.

The hotel provides a very quiet location with many bars and restaurants close by. The garden has lemon trees and a beautiful green lawn. It is wonderful. The hotel also has an honesty cafe and bar.

The staff had a lot of patience and helped me with the purchase of bus tickets. The staff gave a short guided history of the building, I thought it was very insightful. The staff were always ready to help with a smile.
