I found the staff to be very friendly. They responded quickly to emails. The hotel has secure off road parking. It is well located in the city.
The nights were not quiet. I woke up quite a lot at night.

the receptionist was so helpful, that i am grateful. the location was also good, near stores and cafes. the room had air-conditioning, that was so useful in the summer heat.
the carpet had stains, it was not pleasing to the eye. the bathroom, it was not entirely clean when i checked in. the soap dispensers in the shower looked pretty old.
