charmed by the attentive service
friendly staffbreakfast buffetsuperb shower
all the staff were friendly. the breakfast buffet was excellent. the bathroom was a great size with a superb shower, it really charmed me.
the gym lacked updated equipment.

The suite was very clean. the bathroom had excellent facilities. blackout curtains provided a dark room for sleep. the selection of pillows was a very nice touch indeed. It felt luxurious.

the staff was polite and helpful .
The spa area was disappointing. The turkish bath had unhygienic conditions, including hair and other dirt. the ceiling also showed signs of damage, and some of the jets in the pools did not function correctly. this experience was not what i expect, especially after paying an additional fee for spa access
