i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7 was a nice touch. i was pleased the room was impeccably clean and modern.

the vending machines only offered soft drinks, a wider selection would've been great.

the front desk service was GREAT. the rooms were also very comfortable. plus, the hotel is a short drive from the airport. i really liked the free parking too! the location is convenient.

i noticed some dirty toilet paper. there were also stains all over the curtains. these issues impacted the cleanliness for me. sound isolation wasn't optimal either. i could hear other people speaking at night.
