The staff was very attentive and helpful with directions. My room featured two windows with sunny views. A welcome glass of port at the bar was a nice touch. The breakfast provided a freshly cooked option each morning.

I noticed the tea bags could have been a better quality.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the complimentary beverage upon arrival. chocolates and a cake were a pleasant surprise in the room. the beds provided great comfort.

one of the bathroom sinks had a leak and the shower water did not drain properly. i informed the front desk about this issue.
