the kids loved the pool area, especially the two excellent children's slides! maro world was a highlight, providing fantastic entertainment with consoles, table tennis, and much more! the rooms featured modern decor and maintained a high level of cleanliness. the nearby copacabana beach, though pebbly, offered a bouncy castle for added fun!

while the hotel overall was fantastic, i found that drinks came at an extra charge during dinner.

The hotel features multiple pools and maro world, a fantastic kids' play area. This includes console games and interactive activities. the playground catered wonderfully to kids of all ages. This ensured everyone had a great time.

The room service seemed a bit off. I noticed the dirty glasses remained even after they cleaned the room. also, the beds reminded me of two twins pushed together, which wasn't the most comfortable arrangement. the bed itself felt itchy, and i ended up with some bites. it wasn't exactly the relaxing experience i hoped for. I expected better, honestly.

the location was near the sea, that was good. i found the restaurant spacious, that was quite convenient. the staff seemed very friendly, and they were helpful.

the location was acceptable with proximity to the beach.

The room lacked basic amenities. There was no fridge or kettle. i had to fix the locker drawer myself because it was falling apart. the plastic sun loungers were uncomfortable and sparse!
