a decent stay overall

great location friendly staff loud music small shower

The location is great. It's close to two mrt stations. the staff members were friendly and helpful with any questions i had. i also liked the complimentary water refills and coffee on the second floor.

My room faced the street, and a bar played loud music past midnight. it was not ideal if you want to sleep early. also, the shower was small. Someone larger would struggle.

fantastic location friendly staff pleasant stay poor service small room bigger photos

The building are beautiful and in a fantastic location. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The location are balanced between two MRT stations. It is easy to find, easy to get around and a VERY pleasant stay.

The receptionist service are POOR. I had waited for 15 minutes. The photo showed rooms that seemed much bigger.

great location helpful staff common kitchen small room awkward shower high price

the location was really good for exploring. it was near train stations. the staff helped with storing luggage and getting a taxi. the kitchen had water to refill bottles. the air conditioning worked great.

my room was small. there was not much space for my baggage. the shower was awkward. i had to ask for soap and a face washer. it felt overpriced.

Excellent Stay, Great Location

shared kitchen filtered water mrt stations central point

The shared kitchen on level two provided filtered water, coffee and biscuits. Guests had the option to cook if they desired. The staff maintained a clean and orderly area. The location was perfectly balanced between two MRT stations. A food court connected to one of the stations. I found it easy to explore the city from this central point.

The room size differed from the pictures online, however, the room was still comfortable and functional for my city stay.
