The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She was cute. rooms are lovely, and the location is great, though the parking was expensive! the staff at reception and in the restaurant are friendly. breakfast was very good, and the atmosphere in the restaurant and bar felt right.

the entrance seemed fairly basic, and the single door was tricky with luggage. there was no offer of assistance, though check-in was straightforward.
