the STAFF were very friendly and helpful, from reception to the breakfast staff. i really liked that even the cleaner gave a cheery hello. it is a short, easy walk to the village for pubs and restaurants. i got a vegetarian breakfast cooked to order and it was yummy.

i found the tv hard to connect to wifi, a little annoying.

i was disappointed with the breakfast. it seemed all the staff were very young (maybe 14/15 years of age). they looked like headless chickens. i never want to stay here again.

the poached eggs tasted very good during breakfast. quick service pleased me. the staff acted very attentive. the restaurant offered food that was very good. i plan to stay again.

the hotel lacked air conditioning and windows not opened. the manager addressed my concerns dismissively. i felt that the hotel experience declined.

The room was big with space to move around. Buffet breakfast was a good bonus. It is a good location to visit Galway or to drive in the countryside.

The room was quite warm. I struggled to cool it down even with the windows open. That affected my sleep quality. I found the noise excessive at times.
