coffee maker helpful staff flat pillows verbal process

The room had everything I needed. There was a nespresso coffee maker along with a water kettle. The pub downstairs held onto my bags as I explored.

The pillows were FLAT. The checkout process was explained verbally, but I forgot the details after a few nights.

The room was spacious and clean with nice amenities. i liked the shower. It had great water pressure. the hotel's central location made it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants.

noise from the pub below was noticeable late into the night. earplugs were provided, but the sound was still disruptive. it affected my sleep quality .
