numerous pools good booze fun chef

The pools were numerous! I enjoyed the many bars and the good drinks they served. Daily activities happened almost every hour, though I also enjoyed relaxing and listening to the pool DJ. I loved the snack bar, especially the fun chef who mastered the BBQs!

The air conditioning in the main hotel was not very effective.

a lovely stay

waterslide speed high quality ingredients

the waterslide speed impressed me. the food presented high quality ingredients. i also took advantage of the readily available beach towels and appreciated the convenient access (just steps away!) to the beautiful, sandy beach. it was nice not to have to carry wet towels back to the room.

the hotel location provided easy beach access, great for leisurely strolls along the shore. several local shops and restaurants are within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes). it provided opportunities to explore the area.

energetic team cute staff efficient service

The animation team presented excellent activities. They were very friendly and energetic. They created a great atmosphere. The bar service was also excellent. The staff were professional and cute! Drinks were well prepared. The food service was efficient. Everything was clean.

spacious room direct access wide variety crowded pool limited loungers children entertainment

the room was a family room sea view and it was spacious. the beach access was direct, i enjoyed that. the buffet had a wide variety of food (i especially liked the local dishes).

the pool got quite crowded. it was difficult to find a lounger (especially during peak hours). i found the evening entertainment was aimed more at younger children.
