The Dominick has guestrooms and suites that feature floor-to-ceiling windows. The two-bedroom penthouses offer Fendi Casa furnishings and 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. All room categories provide an ADA-accessible option with roll-in showers, grab bars, and accessible doorways. Suites have skyline or river views, separate living areas, and SoHi Collection amenities. Penthouses on the 42nd, 43rd and 44th floors feature Hudson River sunset views and city views that include One World Trade or the Empire State Building. The spacious living area has an open plan with a kitchenette. Each floor of the Duplex Penthouse has a bedroom with marble bathrooms, parlor areas, and access to the terrace.

Vestry, a Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Shaun Hergatt, features seasonal plates focused on seafood and vegetables. El Ta'Koy provides a year-round modern Hawaiian gastronomic experience from Chef Luis Pous, with lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Mezzanine offers American cuisine with specialty cocktails, wines, and spirits. El Ta'Koy poolside provides an indoor-outdoor bar and restaurant.
