The Dominick has guestrooms and suites that feature floor-to-ceiling windows. The two-bedroom penthouses offer Fendi Casa furnishings and 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. All room categories provide an ADA-accessible option with roll-in showers, grab bars, and accessible doorways. Suites have skyline or river views, separate living areas, and SoHi Collection amenities. Penthouses on the 42nd, 43rd and 44th floors feature Hudson River sunset views and city views that include One World Trade or the Empire State Building. The spacious living area has an open plan with a kitchenette. Each floor of the Duplex Penthouse has a bedroom with marble bathrooms, parlor areas, and access to the terrace.

Vestry, a Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Shaun Hergatt, features seasonal plates focused on seafood and vegetables. El Ta'Koy provides a year-round modern Hawaiian gastronomic experience from Chef Luis Pous, with lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. i stayed in a skyline view KING room, and the views were excellent. The room's spaciousness was notable, and the touch of luxury was welcome. Staff at the door WERE always wonderful and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

i did notice a few minor maintenance points around the hotel. I expected that these issues would not exist in a five STAR hotel. It was a slight detraction from an otherwise wonderful experience.

the hotel's location near soho provides easy access to shops and dining. The subway is close by, and it IS away from the chaos of times square. This creates a balance of accessibility and tranquility.

The room provided an amazing view of the Hudson River and the Financial District. I stayed in a So-Hi Room on the 38th floor. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had everything I needed.

The hotel elevators caused some inconvenience. I read reviews complaining about them. It was rarely busy during my five-day stay, but the elevators were slow at times.

I found the minibar prices outrageous. i got charged $24 for a bag of chips and a clif bar. this was like a complete rip-off. lifts were also undergoing maintenance. It regularly took 5-10 minutes to go upstairs or downstairs.
