The room size was quite generous and very clean. The rooftop bar provided amazing city views I enjoyed the availability of free snacks daily including bottled water. The staff was friendly and accommodated my requests quickly. I especially liked that Grand Central Station was within walking distance.
The gym was a bit small with limited equipment I would have liked more variety

Luis S. at reception stood out with really good kindness I found pleasant. He helped with my luggage storage after checkout, I appreciated it. David was also very kind, and I acknowledge his accommodating service . The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever.
I wish the hotel offered a better selection of snacks in the grab-and-go section. The current options total maybe $5 daily, per room. A light snack from the on-site restaurant would improve perceived value. I believe this would complement the included drinks well.
